Opis
In almost every Polish city or town we would probably find Mickiewicza, Armii Krajowej (Polish Army), Jana Pawła II or Piłsudskiego Streets… But Kazubów Street exists only in Warsaw. The name commemorates landowners who lived here in 15th and 16th century (Górce village was mentioned in some documents from those times). Such local, original names are probably more suitable than such ones that we can find in every city.
And now, a puzzle, that will lead to the cache:
Mikołaj Kazub* founded the first orchard in Górce district. He planted 5 pear trees, 5 apple tree, 5 plum trees, 5 cherry trees and 5 gean trees. So the orchard had 25 trees together, 5 each row and each line. When he decided to collect fruits for the first time, it came out that on every pear tree 20 pear fruits grew, on every apple tree – 40 apples, on every plum tree – 60 plums, on every cherry tree – 80 cherries and on every gean tree – 100 geans. The green numbers on the pictures tell how many fruits were collected from every circled group of trees.
The cache is located in the middle of the line, with ends marked by the following trees:
- the only apple tree which neighbours (also diagonal neighbourhood is possible) with three plum trees,
- one of two gean trees, the one located further to the south, which neighbour diagonally right to each other,
* - the person is real, but the story not J we don’t know if he really owned an orchard :)
Please, don’t step on the roadway while grabbing the cache. Also, there is rather no point in marking virtually the actual locations of the trees :) It is easier to solve the puzzle at home first and then go for the cache :)
