Powstał w 2020 r., tj. w roku setnej rocznicy włączenia Torunia i Pomorza do II Rzeczypospolitej.

Przedstawia zasłużone dla Torunia kobiety okresu międzywojennego (1920-1939).

Autorem projektu murala jest Dawid Celek.
