Description PL

16 listopada 1990 toku ok. godz. 18:35 podczas lotu treningowego na przechwycenie celu w trudnych warunkach atmosferycznych zginął por. pil. Andrzej Seroka.

Prawdopodobnie doszło do utraty orientacji przestrzennej. Pilot znajdując się "na plecach" chciał nabrać wysokości co spowodowało wprowadzenie maszyny w lot nurkowy i uderzenie w ziemię. Oficjalnie - przyczyn wypadku nie ustalono.
