Jest to około 300-letni dąb rosnący w miejscowości Telążna Leśna. Dęby szypułkowe zbudowane są z twardego i bardzo wytrzymałego drewno. Żyją do siedmiuset lat i potrafią osiągnąć 50 metrów wysokości. Drzewa te mają bardzo ugałęzioną koronę a ich pień rozdziela się w grube konary.
Atrakcją tego osobnika jest bardzo przestrzenna i wygodna dziupla:)
