Niewiele znalazłem informacji na temat tego budynku, najprawdopodobniej jest prywatny i dlatego jego historia i przeznaczenie nie są zbyt szeroko opisywane w necie. Wyczytałem, że jest to jedna z największych willi w Toruniu. Odwiedzicie, zobaczycie, ocenicie.

Kesz jest rozmiaru mikro bez magnesu.
