Jest to jeden z dwóch pomników przyrody w Niemczu.Znajduje się on na ulicy Sienkiewicza.Miejsce zakopania jest zaznaczone dwoma patykami które są skrzyżowane,jak również na zdjęciu.Ten dąb ma około 200-250 lat.

Jeżeli chcecie się dowiedzieć o Niemczu to wejdzcie na tą strone.
